Product Description
Large diameter flange type dredging discharge rubber hose
Flange dredge hose has been supplied for the offshore dredging industry with high quality and reasonable prices. The applications for dredging rubber hose are estuary clearance, beach construction or large land reclamation, and other engineering projects for port, dock, seawater, silt, sand, discharge flood, etc. We are in the position to build flexible hoses with flange ends ranging from 10-inch ID to 52-inch ID. And the available length is up to 11.8 m. Suction and discharge dredging hose with flange can be selected as requirements.
Inner tube: Styrene butadiene rubber and chloroprene rubber.
Cover rubber layer: Wear-resistant SBR for cut and abrasion resistance, or a tough neoprene for salt-water service with added resistance to ozone and sunlight.
Reinforcement: Steel spiral wire and high tensile fiber reinforced.
Application: The flange discharge hoses are used for silt/gravel
conveyance with dredgers.
